چکیده
Due to the aging of population or diseases, number patients with lower limb disorders has increased, causing social concern. Scholars have designed and developed advanced robotic orthoses, which can guide perform reasonable rehabilitation training correct postures, enhance their daily life participation quality life, help them recover quickly. In recent years, a large new orthopedic equipment been developed, require systematic summary analysis comparison. This article reviewed typical newly orthoses use effects, as well theories technologies for applications, systematically discussed problems in research, design, testing, use, popularization predicted development direction future research reliability, convenience, protection functions orthotic equipment, make its closer give full play initiative process training, reduce costs. Robotic is poised even greater success future.

In this prospective descriptive study, all patients with acute lower limb ischemia who presented to Shohada Tajrish Hospital (STH) between July 200 1 and July 2003 were analyzed and followed for 6 months. The total population of 109 patients, with no significant difference in sexual distribution had a mean age of 64± 16 years. 23% had AF and 31 % had a history of MI, 'but in the ECG of 30%,...
متن کاملPerforator Flaps for Reconstruction of Lower Limb Defects
BACKGROUND Reconstruction of soft tissue defects in the lower third of the leg remains challenging. Anatomical constraints limit the local options available for complex defects especially lower third of leg. Local flaps based on perforator vessels are raising interest in reconstructive surgery of the limbs. We present our experience with perforator flaps for reconstruction of soft tissue def...

Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of core stability exercises in the trunk area on lower limb alignment and lower and upper limb function in Kyokushin athletes. Methods: The statistical sample of the research consisted of 30 female kyokushin players aged 14-18 years, who were randomly divided into two control and experimental groups. The control group perform...
متن کاملLATE EMBOLECTOMY FOR LIMB OR KNEE SALVAGE IN ACUTE LOWER LIMB ISCHEMIA: A NEW PROTOCOL
Embolectomy has long been the gold standard for treating limbs acutely threatened by arterial occlusion. Delayed embolectomy has not been investigated adequately due to the belief that accompanying mortality and morbidity render the case futile. Following our previous experience with late arterial repair for leg or knee salvage I we applied the same principle to limbs threatened with prolo...
متن کاملDesign of Human-Friendly Powered Lower Limb Rehabilitation Orthosis
Many patients with spinal injures are confined to wheelchairs, leading to a sedentary lifestyle with secondary pathologies and increased dependence on a carer. Increasing evidence has shown that training using devices such as Reciprocating Gait Orthoses (RGO) reduces the incidence of these secondary pathologies, but the physical effort involved in this training is such that there is poor compli...
